Privacy Summary

1. About Listoria AI

Listoria AI helps users create, rewrite, improve, or format listing-related content, such as marketplace descriptions, product listing text, titles, keywords, item attributes, and similar AI-assisted content.

2. Information You Provide

When you use Listoria AI, you may enter prompts, product details, listing information, item attributes, descriptions, keywords, or other text into the app. This information may be processed to provide the app’s core functionality and generate the requested output.

Do not enter highly sensitive information such as government identification numbers, payment card details, passwords, private addresses, health information, confidential business information, or information about other people unless it is necessary and you have the right to use it.

3. AI Processing

Listoria AI processes user-provided prompts, listing details, and generated outputs using AI-related services, infrastructure, and backend systems needed to provide the requested functionality. The information you submit may be transmitted from your device to Appqora-controlled backend infrastructure, including a Supabase Edge Function, and then to Anthropic’s Claude API or similar AI providers for the purpose of generating, improving, formatting, or delivering the requested output.

The Supabase Edge Function is used as a server-side layer so API keys and service credentials do not need to be exposed directly in the mobile app. This backend layer may process request metadata, technical logs, security signals, and the content needed to complete the AI request.

AI providers and backend providers may process submitted prompts, listing details, generated outputs, technical metadata, and related logs according to their own service terms, privacy policies, security practices, and retention settings. Appqora does not intend to sell user-provided listing content, and Appqora does not use user-provided listing content to identify you personally unless needed for support, security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or troubleshooting.

Do not submit highly sensitive personal information, confidential business information, payment card details, passwords, government identification numbers, private addresses, health information, or information about other people unless it is necessary and you have the right to use it.

4. Information Processed Automatically

Depending on your device, operating system, app version, app store, and services integrated into the app, certain technical information may be processed automatically. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, language or region settings, app store installation/update information, crash logs, diagnostics, performance information, approximate usage information, and basic interaction events.

5. Analytics and Diagnostics

Appqora may review analytics, store, performance, crash, or diagnostic dashboards related to Listoria AI. If analytics or diagnostic tools are used in the app, they may process technical information such as app interactions, session information, device or app-instance identifiers, crash information, performance data, and approximate location derived from technical signals such as IP address.

This information is used to understand app stability, feature usage, performance, and general user experience, and to troubleshoot issues.

6. Advertising

Listoria AI does not currently use Google AdMob advertising based on Appqora’s current setup. If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the relevant app store data disclosures should be updated before or at the time advertising is introduced.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and RevenueCat

Listoria AI may offer paid features, subscriptions, free trials, or in-app purchases through Google Play.

Appqora uses RevenueCat to help manage purchases, subscriptions, entitlements, trial status, renewal status, cancellation status, and access to paid features. RevenueCat and app store services may process purchase history, product identifiers, transaction identifiers, subscription status, entitlement status, app user identifiers, and related technical information needed to verify purchases and provide paid features.

Appqora does not directly collect or store payment card numbers through Listoria AI. Payments are processed by Google Play or the relevant app store/payment platform.

8. Third-Party Services

Listoria AI may rely on third-party services for app distribution, AI functionality, paid feature management, subscription management, purchase verification, hosting, backend operations, analytics, diagnostics, crash reporting, security, infrastructure, or platform operations. These services may process information according to their own privacy policies and data handling practices.

Depending on the app version and configuration, relevant service categories may include Google Play or other app store/platform services, RevenueCat, Supabase, Anthropic’s Claude API or similar AI processing providers, analytics or diagnostic providers, hosting/backend providers, and app development or operations platforms.

9. How Information Is Used

10. Sharing of Information

Appqora may share or allow processing of information with service providers that help operate Listoria AI, such as AI processing providers, Supabase, RevenueCat, hosting providers, analytics providers, diagnostic tools, app store/platform providers, security providers, or infrastructure providers.

For AI-assisted features, user-provided prompts, listing details, generated outputs, and related technical metadata may be processed through Appqora’s backend infrastructure and AI providers such as Anthropic’s Claude API to provide the requested output.

Information may also be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with legal obligations, enforce policies, protect rights and safety, investigate abuse, or respond to lawful requests.

11. Data Retention

Appqora aims to retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing the app, maintaining functionality, improving reliability, resolving disputes, complying with legal obligations, debugging, and enforcing policies.

AI request content, generated outputs, request metadata, technical logs, and related operational records may be retained by Appqora’s backend providers or AI providers according to their own service terms, privacy policies, retention policies, security practices, and configuration settings.

Retention may also depend on the practices and settings of Supabase, Anthropic, RevenueCat, Google Play, AI, infrastructure, analytics, diagnostics, app store, or platform providers used by the app.

12. Deletion Requests

You may request deletion of personal information associated with your use of Listoria AI by contacting privacy@appqora.com. Because Listoria AI does not require account registration, Appqora may not always be able to identify information related to a specific user unless you provide enough details to locate the relevant records, such as approximate submission time, app version, request details, or support request references.

Deletion requests may be limited where information has already been processed by third-party providers, where Appqora cannot reasonably identify the relevant data, or where retention is required or reasonably necessary for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, debugging, abuse prevention, or legitimate operational purposes.

13. Security

Appqora uses reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information processed through Listoria AI. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so users should avoid submitting highly sensitive information unless necessary.

14. Children’s Privacy

Listoria AI is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact privacy@appqora.com so Appqora can review and take appropriate action.

15. International Processing

Information may be processed in countries other than your country of residence, depending on the service providers and infrastructure used to operate the app.

16. Changes to This Policy

Appqora may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When changes are made, the “Last updated” date will be revised.
