When you submit a support request through the Appqora website, Appqora collects the information you provide, such as your selected app or product, request type, email address, subject, description, and optional device or platform details, so we can review and respond to your request. To deliver, secure, protect against abuse, and troubleshoot support requests, we may also process limited technical metadata such as submission time, browser or device information, approximate country derived from network metadata, security verification signals, and email delivery logs. Support request notifications are delivered to Appqora Support through trusted email delivery infrastructure, including Resend as a transactional email service provider. The support request form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help prevent automated abuse.
Support requests are typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for security, legal, abuse prevention, dispute resolution, debugging, or operational reasons. To request deletion of support request data, contact privacy@appqora.com. Appqora may need enough information to locate the relevant request and may retain limited records where required or reasonably necessary for legal, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, or operational purposes.
